These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement for all players who use the iw001 platform and its services. From the moment you continue using the services on this page, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1 General Agreement

iw001 provides Online Casino, football betting, and Live Casino services for players in Myanmar. By using these services, players agree to comply with these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming Policy.

Players who register on iw001 agree to the following—

• The player confirms they are 21 years of age or older as required,

2 Account Registration and Management

2.1 Account Registration

Each player may open only one account on iw001. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, those accounts may be closed and remaining balances may be penalised.

When registering an account, the following are required—

• A valid name, phone number, and email address must be provided,
• Verification documents must be available for submission whenever iw001 requests them,
• The account password must be kept confidential and must not be shared with any third party.

2.2 Account Verification

iw001 reserves the right to conduct KYC (Know Your Customer) verification on any player at least once for payment security, fraud prevention, and legal compliance. Withdrawals may be restricted until verification is complete.

2.3 Account Closure

iw001 may close a player's account for the following reasons—

• Providing false personal information,
• Committing financial fraud,
• Committing service violations,
• Attempting to compromise or damage the platform.

3 Deposit Terms

At iw001, you can make deposits using the following methods — KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay and bank transfer.

• Minimum deposit amount — 3,000 Ks (per method)
• All deposits are processed with SSL encryption protection,
• Deposits are reflected in your account immediately after completion — if there are any discrepancies, please contact us via Live Chat,
• Third-party payments are not accepted — the depositor and the account holder must be the same person.

4 Withdrawal Terms

To make a withdrawal, players must complete the following steps —

• Minimum withdrawal amount — 20,000 Ks
• Account verification must be fully completed,
• Withdrawals may be required to be made using the same payment method used for the deposit,
• Withdrawal requests are normally processed within 1 hour,
• Funds cannot be withdrawn before bonus wagering requirements are met (see the Bonus section).

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

iw001 offers a 200% welcome bonus of up to 100,000 Ks for first-time depositors.

• Example — deposit 20,000 Ks and receive a bonus of 40,000 Ks, giving you a total of 60,000 Ks to play with; wagering requirement: 40,000 Ks × 10 = 400,000 Ks,
• Example — deposit 120,000 Ks and receive a bonus of 100,000 Ks, giving you a total of 220,000 Ks to play with; wagering requirement: 100,000 Ks × 10 = 1,000,000 Ks,
• The bonus amount must be wagered 10 times (wagering requirement) before any winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

The following terms apply to all bonuses —

• Each bonus has its own wagering requirement and validity period, which can be viewed on the promotions page,
• Different bonuses cannot be used at the same time — only one bonus can be active at a time,
• If you withdraw before completing the wagering requirement after claiming a bonus, the bonus funds will be automatically forfeited,
• iw001 may change or discontinue any bonus with prior notice.

5.3 VIP Program

iw001 has three VIP tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. As your play volume increases, you move up a tier and earn higher weekly cashback rewards —

• Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.3%
• Silver — weekly cashback up to 0.7%
• Gold — weekly cashback up to 1.0%

VIP cashback will be paid as bonus-free funds, which can be withdrawn without any additional wagering requirement.

6 Player Responsibilities

Every player using the iw001 platform has the following responsibilities —

• All activity must be conducted through your own account — playing through a syndicate is not permitted,
• Any attempt to hack or breach the platform is strictly prohibited,
• You agree not to engage in any activity that may be suspected of money laundering,
• You acknowledge that all betting decisions are your own,
• You are personally responsible for the security of your account access.

7 Fair Play Policy

iw001 is committed to providing a fair and transparent gaming environment for all players. All games operate using a Random Number Generator (RNG), and no attempt will ever be made to manipulate results.

If a player is found to be using bots, scripts or automated tools, their account will be immediately suspended and any remaining bonus funds at the time will be forfeited.

8 Intellectual Property

The website, software, designs, trademarks and all content of iw001 are the intellectual property of iw001. Copying, distributing or adapting any of its content for commercial purposes without written permission from iw001 is strictly prohibited.

9 Privacy and Security

10 Service Limitations and Suspensions

iw001 may temporarily suspend or modify services without prior notice, and iw001's decision is final in all such cases. Downtime caused by platform maintenance or technical issues will not be compensated for players' losses — however, issues caused by game errors confirmed by iw001 can be reported via Live Chat.

11 Dispute Resolution

If any dispute arises between a player and iw001, the first step is to try to resolve it through 24/7 Live Chat. If it cannot be resolved via Live Chat, you can submit the details to [email protected].

iw001 guarantees through its service commitment that player issues will be received and resolved promptly. The request must include the account ID, transaction time, and full details of the incident.
